The eighteenth edition of the IAAF World Championships is scheduled to be held in Eugene, Oregon, USA.
The championships will be held in the Hayward Field, at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon, which will be renovated, and have a capacity of 30,000.
After the postponement of the 2020 Summer Olympics, World Athletics raised the possibility of changing the date of the 2021 Championships, including the possibility of moving into 2022.
