Women’s football will be in the spotlight in the country of the recent 2018 male world champions, France.
20 Nations will compete from June 7 to July 07, 2019 within 9 cities spread out on three of the four corners of the nation. The best nations: the USA, England, Germany, Japan, Canada, the Netherlands and of course France will compete for the final victory.
This 8th edition will grant the top 3 teams direct qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The ambition of the organizers is to sell-out most games. Women’s football is proving more and more popular and some cities like Le Havre, Valenciennes, Reims or Lyon expect their accommodation capacity to be saturated during the event.
